PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING
TERMS &
CONDITIONS
DISCLAIMER & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket holders and guests of Xperience House of Horrors. By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket, entering the event property, or participating in the attraction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
ADMISSION & RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
Xperience House of Horrors reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person for safety, security, conduct, intoxication, rule violations or any other lawful reason. Removal or denied admission for violating these terms will be without refund.
ATTRACTION WARNING & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Our haunted attraction is an intense theatrical experience. Guests may encounter strobe or flashing lights, fog and theatrical smoke, darkness, loud or sudden audio, startle effects, animatronics, live actors, moving props, confined spaces, uneven or wet flooring, low visibility and other special effects. Conditions may be physically and emotionally demanding.
By entering, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with the attraction, including slipping, tripping, falling, collisions, panic, emotional distress, seizures, physical strain, personal injury, illness, property damage and, in extreme circumstances, death.
DO NOT ENTER IF YOU:
- Are pregnant;
- Have claustrophobia, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or back or neck problems;
- Have epilepsy, are prone to seizures, or are sensitive to flashing lights, fog or loud sounds;
- Have a respiratory condition or any physical or mental condition that may limit your ability to safely participate;
- Require a cast, crutches, walking boot, medical brace or mobility support that cannot be safely accommodated; or
- Are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that impairs judgment or mobility.
If you are uncertain whether you can safely participate, do not enter and consult a qualified medical professional.
RELEASE, WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you voluntarily release and waive claims against Xperience House of Horrors, Xperience Studio South, their owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, performers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers and the property owner arising from or related to your attendance or participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to any liability that cannot legally be waived.
You agree to indemnify and hold the released parties harmless from third-party claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your misconduct, violation of these terms, or damage you cause to any person or property.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CHARGEBACKS
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable except where required by law or where Xperience House of Horrors expressly states otherwise in writing. Prices, operating hours, attraction availability and schedules may change without notice.
Attractions may be delayed, modified, paused or closed because of maintenance, safety concerns, severe weather, fire, flooding, power or utility failure, governmental orders, credible threats, emergencies, civil disturbance, false alarms or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No refund is guaranteed for a temporary interruption, guest removal, late arrival or failure to attend. If the entire event is canceled, any remedy offered will be announced by Xperience House of Horrors and governed by applicable law.
Guests agree to contact Xperience House of Horrors first to attempt to resolve a ticket concern before initiating a payment dispute. This does not waive any rights provided by law or a card issuer.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal without refund and, when appropriate, law-enforcement involvement:
- No physical contact with actors, staff, props or other guests.
- No touching, climbing on, moving or damaging scenic elements or equipment.
- No running, roughhousing, fighting, threatening, disruptive behavior or harassment.
- No weapons, illegal drugs, outside alcohol or visibly intoxicated guests.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Use designated outdoor areas only.
- No photography, video recording or external light sources inside the attraction, including flashes, phone lights, flashlights and glow items.

Management may inspect bags and personal items as permitted by law and may prohibit any item it reasonably considers unsafe. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.
AGE REQUIREMENTS & MINORS
The attraction is not recommended for children age 12 or younger. Guests age 15 or younger must remain with a parent or responsible adult age 21 or older at all times. The accompanying adult is responsible for deciding whether the attraction is appropriate for each minor and accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law. Proof of age may be required.
TICKETS, ENTRY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- A valid ticket permits one admission unless the ticket states otherwise. Lost, stolen, duplicated, altered or unauthorized resale tickets may be refused.
- Guests are responsible for arriving during the date and entry window shown on their ticket. Wait times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Guests must remain alert, walk carefully and follow staff directions. Exit immediately and notify staff if you feel unsafe or experience a medical concern.
- You are responsible for damage caused by your intentional, reckless or prohibited conduct.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
By attending, you authorize event personnel to contact emergency services and provide or arrange reasonable emergency assistance when believed necessary. You are responsible for medical or transportation costs incurred on your behalf. Nothing in these terms creates a duty to provide medical care.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
Xperience House of Horrors is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items or vehicles to the fullest extent permitted by law. Do not bring valuables, remove phones or belongings inside the attraction, or leave valuables visible in your vehicle.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO CONSENT
By entering the event property, you understand that photography, video and audio recording may occur for marketing, promotion, security, incident documentation and other lawful business purposes. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Xperience House of Horrors and Xperience Studio South permission to use recordings containing your image, voice or likeness without compensation, in any lawful media, worldwide and in perpetuity. If you do not wish to appear in promotional media, notify event staff before entering; staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd or security footage.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the event are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, exclusive venue for any court proceeding will lie in the state or federal courts serving Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY, CHANGES & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. These terms, the ticket terms and posted event rules form the agreement governing admission. Xperience House of Horrors may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The version displayed at the time of ticket purchase generally applies, except for safety or operational rules that may be updated as reasonably necessary.
